12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact GDR PACKERS to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Binding Arbitration and Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Alternatively, and at the sole discretion of GDR PACKERS, legal proceedings may be brought directly to court. In such cases, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Panchkula, Haryana.
13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
