Heavy-Duty Machinery Packaging Boxes Engineered for Total Asset Safety
We calculate Center of Gravity (CoG) and dynamic loads to design secure shipping boxes that guarantee your capital goods survive the roughest road and sea conditions.
The Hidden Costs of Inadequate Machinery Securement
A single shift during transport can destroy the calibration of industrial equipment worth Crores. Relying on standard carpentry rather than engineered blocking and bracing is a financial gamble you cannot win.
Internal Movement Damage
Unlike lightweight standard consumer packaging, heavy machinery requires precise immobilization. Without proper chocking, your equipment will shift, leading to catastrophic internal damage during sudden braking.
Export Compliance Rejection
Using untreated wood for international shipments guarantees customs failure. Your consignment needs certified export packaging solutions to pass strict ISPM-15 phytosanitary inspections globally.
Logistics Bottlenecks
Delays in sourcing crates for irregular equipment stall your dispatch schedule. This forces you to leave expensive machines exposed on the factory floor, requiring temporary secure inventory bins to prevent dust contamination.
Structural Engineering for Your Heaviest Loads
We do not just nail wood together; we engineer industrial wooden boxes using heavy-duty skids and vibration-dampening bases. Our on-site packaging teams ensure your machinery is secured professionally before it ever touches a truck.
Center of Gravity Optimization
We manufacture packaging with custom dimensions tailored to the specific weight distribution of your machine. This prevents tipping and ensures stability during crane lifting operations.
High-Load Capacity Skids
Our heavy-duty crate designs utilize thick Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) and hardwood runners. These materials provide the necessary static load strength to support multi-ton hydraulic presses and turbines.
Seamless International Transit
All our machinery crates are fully ISPM-15 compliant and heat-treated. We provide the necessary IPPC stamping and certificates to ensure your capital goods clear foreign customs immediately.
On-Site Packaging Services
For machines too large to move, our mobile teams deploy to your facility. We build the crate around the asset, providing robust protection that doubles as reliable long-term preservation systems if shipment is delayed.
Genuine people. The Wooden Boxes were strong and neat. Our shipment went a long distance without any damage. The owner is very polite and helpful.

Stop risking millions on weak packaging.
We guarantee our engineering; if our crate fails structurally under the specified load, we cover the replacement.
How do you ensure safety for heavy machinery transport?
We ensure safety through rigorous engineering that focuses on load securement and structural integrity. Heavy machinery poses unique risks due to its weight and often uneven weight distribution. We start by calculating the Center of Gravity (CoG) to ensure the crate is stable and liftable. We use heavy-duty timber skids with bolted connections, not just nails, to withstand shear forces. Inside the crate, the machine is bolted directly to the base, effectively making it part of the structure. We add internal blocking and bracing to prevent any movement. This immobilization is critical; if a multi-ton machine shifts during transit, it can break through the box and cause fatal accidents. Our safety-first approach guarantees that your capital equipment remains secure from your factory floor to the final destination.
Do you provide on-site packaging services?
Yes, we provide comprehensive on-site packaging services. We understand that heavy industrial machinery often cannot be moved to a packaging facility. Our specialized mobile teams come to your factory equipped with all necessary materials, tools, and pre-fabricated crate components. We work around your production schedule to pack the machine right where it stands. This service includes bolting the machine to the skid, applying anti-corrosion VCI protection, and assembling the heavy-duty crate walls and lid. This eliminates the risk and cost of transporting uncrated machinery. Whether you are in an industrial zone in Ludhiana, Baddi, or Gurgaon, our team ensures professional, export-ready packaging at your doorstep.
Why is the Center of Gravity important for crates?
The Center of Gravity (CoG) is the single most critical factor in safe lifting and transport. If a crate’s CoG is not centered, it will tilt dangerously when lifted by a crane, potentially slipping out of the rigging or crashing into nearby personnel. During road transport, an unbalanced load can cause the truck to become unstable. We calculate the CoG of your machine and mark it clearly on the exterior of the crate. We also design the crate so that the CoG is as low and centered as possible relative to the skid. This engineering ensures that forklift operators and crane riggers know exactly how to handle the box safely. ignoring CoG is a recipe for industrial accidents; we make it a priority.
How do you protect machinery from corrosion?
We protect machinery using a combination of VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) technology and barrier packaging. For export or long-term storage, simple plastic wrap is insufficient. We wrap the machine in VCI-impregnated foil or plastic. This material releases corrosion-inhibiting molecules that form a protective layer on the metal surfaces, preventing rust even in humid, salty sea air. We also vacuum-seal the bag (barrier packaging) to remove moisture-laden air and place desiccant bags inside to absorb any residual humidity. This creates a dry, chemically neutral environment for your machine. Your equipment will arrive at its destination rust-free and ready for commissioning, without the need for messy degreasing.
Can you bolt my machine to the crate base?
Absolutely. Bolting the machine to the crate base is the standard method for securing heavy equipment. We design the wooden skid (base) with specific drilling patterns that match the mounting holes on your machine’s feet or chassis. We use high-tensile steel bolts and large washers to anchor the machine firmly to the timber runners. This mechanical connection transfers the mass of the machine into the rigid skid, preventing sliding or tipping. For machines without mounting holes, we use engineered timber blocking and strapping to immobilize the unit. By physically anchoring the load, we ensure that the machine and the packaging move as a single unit, eliminating the internal collisions that cause transit damage.
