INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Integrated Pallet Crate Systems for Efficient Warehousing
Streamline material handling with forklift-ready wooden bins designed for high-density storage and rapid transport.
Heavy-Duty Pallet Boxes & Bins
Merge containment with mobility by utilizing our engineered pallet boxes. Unlike traditional shipping methods that require separate purchases of skids and containers, these units feature an integrated base, allowing immediate forklift handling and significantly reducing loading times for bulk industrial parts.
Workflow Efficiency: Eliminates the “double handling” of placing boxes onto separate pallets.

Reasons to Buy Pallet Crates
Optimizing warehouse throughput requires packaging that moves as fast as your forklifts do. By upgrading standard wooden crates to an integrated palletized design, you remove the operational bottleneck of sourcing and matching separate skids, effectively cutting your material handling labor in half.
Our designs offer superior versatility compared to basic open crates or rigid frame crates. Depending on your racking configuration, we engineer the base with either stringers for cost-effective linear movement or blocks for 4-way omnidirectional access, ensuring compatibility with your existing pallet jacks.
For sensitive bulk items, these units provide the complete enclosure of closed crates while maintaining the heavy load capacity needed for automotive sub-assemblies. Even compared to lighter slatted crates, the pallet box offers better vertical stackability, allowing you to maximize cubic footage in your facility without risking collapse.

How do pallet crates improve warehouse efficiency?
They eliminate the need to manually stack boxes onto pallets and strap them down. Because the pallet is built into the crate, your forklift drivers can move products immediately after packing, reducing handling steps and labor costs.
What is the difference between two-way and four-way entry bases?
A two-way entry (stringer base) allows forklift tines to enter from only the front and back, offering high strength at a lower cost. A four-way entry (block base) allows access from all four sides, providing maximum flexibility for maneuvering in tight warehouse aisles.
Are your pallet crates strong enough for vertical stacking?
Yes, we engineer the corner posts and side panels specifically to bear the weight of stacked units. We can design crates with a static load capacity that permits stacking 3 to 4 units high, drastically improving your floor space utilization.
Can you customize the dimensions to fit our racking system?
Absolutely. We do not force “standard” sizes on you. We manufacture the pallet crate base dimensions to perfectly align with your warehouse racking beams (e.g., 1200x1000mm or custom footprints) to prevent dangerous overhangs.
Do these crates meet ISPM-15 standards for export?
Yes, for international shipments, we manufacture the entire unit—including the integrated pallet base—using heat-treated (HT) lumber. We stamp the crate with our IPPC certification mark to ensure smooth passage through global customs.
