INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Cost-Effective Stringer Pallets for Bulk Shipping
The industry standard for high-volume logistics, offering superior beam strength and economical load containment.
Standard Two-Way & Notched Platforms
Maximize your procurement budget with the most widely utilized logistical asset in the world: the stringer pallet. Defined by parallel beams supporting the deck, these wooden pallets provide exceptional longitudinal strength for heavy loads while remaining significantly cheaper than block designs.
Economic Value: Lower material and labor costs make this the ideal choice for one-way or high-volume transport.

Why Stringer Pallets Dominate Supply Chains
For operations where omnidirectional maneuverability is secondary to raw cost savings, the stringer design outperforms premium block pallets by delivering robust performance at a fraction of the price. The structural integrity relies on the continuous lumber beams running the length of the unit, creating a rigid backbone that resists sagging.
We manufacture these units by fastening top and bottom pallet decking directly to three or more stringers, a simple construction that allows for rapid repair and modification. By adding “notches” to the side beams, we can convert these into four-way pallets, granting forklifts access from the side while retaining the stringer’s inherent strength.
Our facility sources high-grade lumber, including kiln-dried pinewood pallets material, to ensure every beam meets strict load-bearing criteria before assembly. Whether you require a single-use export solution or a durable warehouse asset, we scale production to meet urgent deadlines.

What is the difference between a stringer pallet and a skid?
A stringer pallet has bottom deck boards that provide stability for stacking, whereas skid pallets lack this bottom deck, resting directly on the stringers. Skids are cheaper and lighter but offer less stability when stacked.
Can stringer pallets be used in European supply chains?
While possible, Europe primarily utilizes the block-style euro pallets design. If you are shipping to the EU, we recommend checking if your receiver can handle stringer designs, as their automated systems may not be compatible.
Are there alternatives to wood for stringer-style pallets?
Yes, for specific applications requiring moisture resistance or nestability, you might consider molded wood fiber pallets or long-lasting synthetic pallets. However, wooden stringer pallets remain the most cost-effective option for general heavy loads.
How does a "notch" affect the strength of the pallet?
Cutting a notch into the stringer to allow side forklift entry does slightly reduce the overall beam strength compared to a solid board. We compensate for this by calculating the load dynamics to ensure the remaining wood is sufficient for your specific payload.
Do you offer heat treatment for stringer pallets?
Absolutely. All our export-grade stringer pallets undergo ISPM-15 heat treatment to eliminate pests. We apply the IPPC stamp to the stringer, certifying the wood for international borders.
