INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Heavy-Duty Two Way Pallets for Linear Logistics
The unyielding backbone of industrial shipping, offering maximum beam strength and structural rigidity for heavy-duty supply chains.
Solid Stringer Entry Platforms
Deploy the most reliable asset in the logistics sector with our standard two-way entry pallets. By utilizing solid, un-notched lumber for the structural runners, these wooden pallets deliver superior longitudinal stiffness compared to modified designs, making them the premier choice for heavy loads moving through predictable distribution channels.
Maximum Strength: Unbroken stringers resist bending forces far better than notched alternatives.

Why Choose a Two-Way Pallet?
For point-to-point shipping where side access is unnecessary, the two-way design remains the “workhorse” of the industry. Because we do not cut into the timber to create forklift notches as seen in stringer pallets with 4-way access, the full structural integrity of the wood remains intact.
This design is particularly effective for heavy bagging operations (cement, grain) or automated production lines where the pallet orientation is fixed. We utilize high-grade fasteners to secure the pallet decking to these solid beams, ensuring the unit withstands the rigors of cross-country transport without loosening.
While lacking the omnidirectional flexibility of four-way pallets, the trade-off yields a significantly higher static load capacity. Ideally suited for floor stacking, these units prevent the sagging common in weaker platforms when loaded to maximum weight capacity.
Heavy Duty Reversible
Identical top and bottom decks allow the pallet to be flipped and used on either side.
Style: Double Face.
Usage: Stacked Goods (Flour/Cement).
Material: Hardwood.
Non-Reversible Skid Base
Standard configuration with lighter bottom boards for stability but one-way loading.
Style: Single Face.
Usage: General Shipping.
Access: Pallet Jack (Front/Back).
Single-Wing Pallet
Deck boards extend beyond the stringers to allow crane lifting or shrink wrapping.
Reliable Bulk Supply
Delivering consistent quality across thousands of units for North India's largest manufacturers.

How does a two-way pallet compare to a block pallet?
A block pallets design utilizes spacing blocks to allow entry from all four sides, offering maximum flexibility. A two-way pallet uses solid stringers, restricting entry to the front and back but providing greater beam strength at a lower cost.
Can I use a pallet jack with a two-way pallet?
Yes, standard pallet jacks can easily enter the front and rear of the pallet. However, unlike skid pallets or block designs, you cannot enter from the side because the solid stringer blocks access.
Are these pallets compatible with GMA or Euro standards?
Typically, gma pallets require 4-way entry (notches) and euro pallets are block-style. Two-way pallets are generally “industrial” or specific-use platforms, though we can manufacture them to any dimension including 1200x800mm.
What timber options are available for 2-way pallets?
We offer kiln-dried pinewood pallets for export needs requiring clean, mold-free surfaces, and economical hardwood options for domestic transport. For specialized hygiene needs, we also supply sterile high-grade pallets.
Why would I choose a two-way pallet over a presswood option?
While molded wood fiber pallets are nestable and save space, two-way wooden pallets offer higher racking capabilities and reparability. A pallet skid or presswood unit often cannot support heavy loads in open beam racking.
